Forms were emailed to principals, to simplify the process of nominating parents and volunteers in their schools.

We are happy to provide you with the necessary forms. Schools can also submit their nominations via email. The timely submission is encouraged so that our office can submit names and bios to each Legislative office, so that they can prepare citations for each parent or volunteer.
